A: Our site is for working adults who are either preparing to, or are currently, caring for their loved ones. We offer a care management tool that helps with communications, storage and sharing of information and reducing stress.
Q: If I create an account to house my loved ones information, can I create a profile for myself?
A: Absolutely! We hope that as you begin to use your Premier Elder Solutions account to help with the aspects of caring for your loved ones, you see the value of the service and utilize it for your information as well.
Q: What do I need to do to create an account?
A: All you need to establish an account is an email address and a credit card.
Q: What does this service cost?
A: We are a subscription based service that costs $9.99 per month. You can cancel your membership at any time, you will be billed at the end of the month upon signing up.
Q: How can I see what I get with my Premier Elder Solutions Membership?
A: You can see the benefits of a membership by returning to our home page by scrolling down.
Q: How many profiles can I have within my account?
A: With an account membership you will be allowed to house as many profiles as you need.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of friends and family I can share a profile with?
A: No. You will have the ability to share each profile separately with friends, family, or providers of your choosing. You will be able to change those people as often as you like.
Storage & Security Capabilities
Q: What kinds of information can be stored about my loved ones in their profile?
A: The types of information that could be housed are: general health information, existing physicians’ names, addresses, and phone numbers, medications lists, instructions for medications, health insurance, life insurance, end of life plans, financial information, household expenses, legal documents, etc.
Q: Will everyone I invite as a user be able to see the information that is stored in a profile?
A: No. You, as the account owner, will be able to select who can see each folder.
Q: If I create an appointment in a Profile will it sync with my personal calendar?
A: Yes, you have the ability to click on the appointment and download the calendar invite. Your users will also have the ability to download and add the appointment to the calendar of their choice.
Q: How safe is the information I store in my account and profile?
A: Our site is HIPAA compliant and SSL encrypted. As we grow our membership, we will continue to perform external HIPAA audits and raise our level of encryption to ensure your information, conversations, and documents are securely stored. The best part is that information is stored in the cloud. It can be accessed from anywhere and from multiple devices.
Q: The site has changed in appearance and is not loading properly on my computer.
A: Please clear your cache in your browser. That should fix any loading issues you may be having.
Q: I received an invite into a Premier Elder Solutions Profile. I clicked on login and entered in my name, email and password and it has taken me to the payment page. I thought a user wasn’t supposed to be charged?
A: When you are logging into your account, either as a user or an account holder, you will always enter your information on the left hand side of the login page. You already have established your username and password.
Q: How do I upload information into one of the folders?
A: The document needs to be stored on your computer or phone somewhere. (You can upload any type of file and the file needs to be saved on the computer or phone you are currently using to access your account)
1. Log into your PES account (using your email address and password)
2. Enter the profile you wish to upload the document into
3. Choose one of the 9 boxes you wish to enter the information into
4. Click on the blue box within that category (it will have the same name as the category chosen) you wish to upload the document into
5. A screen will popup which will allow you to select the file you wish to upload
6. When you click on the lighter shaded blue box the system will allow you to select the file(s) from your desktop/phone
7. Once you have selected the file, click open and the file will upload into your PES Profile
8. The system will give you a confirmation that document uploaded
9. You can delete a file by clicking on the trash can
Q: How do I upload a picture into a profile or my account?
A: Click on My Account, under my Avatar – click on Browse and select the picture you want for your account. This will display alongside messages you post. If you would like to add a picture to a profile, within the Profile, click on the words Upload a new image and it will allow you to select an image.
